Many buildings that have mold issues have damp basements, heaved floors, wet crawlspaces and alkaline in them. These same buildings have grading issues and need to be addressed to stop the destruction of the foundations. We offer proper grading for buildings to move water and pressure away from the structure. We were forced to supply this service due to the lack of professional services in this area. We do not do landscaping, there are professionals for that but get the proper grade first. We recommend at least a 20% grade, trust us, any less is unacceptable.
